Receding gum line due to aggressive brushing- How can I all naturally cure this? I just noticed it now.?
I've read a couple sites suggesting essential oils to reverse the process that will work to regrow the gum since it is not caused by disease but rather trauma (overbrushing). It is on my front (canine) tooth and is thankfully just a little. Is this normal to live with or will it cause problems? I was just at the dentist and he didn't say anything + my gums and teeth are healthy- no pain, no bleeding, etc. just this little thing. When the bacteria causing this is removed, will the gum drop back down a little over the exposed root? Thanks!
