Which toothpaste and mouthwash is best for gingivitis?

Part of my gums have receded and everytime I floss or brush my teeth, my gums bleed. I was so alarmed when my a part of my gums ridiculously bled today. A few days ago a part of my gums was hurting and I looked up why. It looks like I have gingivitis. Some of my gums behind my teeth have become loose. Please help. I don't have a dentist and no health insurance. (>_<)
