Why did she change to a different bed?

At camp me and a girl was about to have sex when we were alone in the cabin, and then before we got to it one if her friends got back and went to bed in the room next to ours. So we decided to go to sleep instead of having sex. So after a couple of hours she got up and went to sleep in another bed, why did she do this ?
